Synopsis

This CPD course aims to provide the participants with have a better understanding of how to handle unusual cases in HDB transactions especially cases involve divorce or bankruptcy. Various actual case studies will be used to illustrate prevailing rules and regulations and proposed optimal approaches to handle the cases. The trainer will also further explain the types of documents and the procedures when dealing with these cases.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, participants will be able to

1. Discover different types of uncommon scenarios in HDB flat transactions;

2. Illustrate necessary documentation and procedures when dealing with these cases;

3. Examine a Step-by-step approach in handling these transactions;

4. Develop confidence and competencies in managing unusual scenarios

Certification

A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Professional Competencies CPD credits will be awarded to participants upon completion of the course.
