Synopsis

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the legal and practical considerations involved in handling matrimonial homes during a Syariah-compliant divorce. It covers essential checks for marketing both HDB and private homes, ensuring compliance with Syariah principles. Participants will gain insights into the unique challenges and solutions in dealing with Muslim clients undergoing divorce, equipping them with the necessary skills to manage such transactions effectively and empathetically.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
