Synopsis

To understand how to (i) navigate from an INLIS's Property Ownership Information report (ii) to procure the Transfer, and (iii) obtain the Caveat, for (iv) a complete assessment of a property's resale transaction based on authenticated legal documents obtained.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, participants will be able

1. To empower the Agent attending the course to know what to do if/when the appointed Exclusive Agent is faced with the possibility of being deceived and played by the Vendor in collusion with another unethical Agent.

2. Understanding the various dates that are provided for in the INLIS product called a POI report, the Transfer instrument and the Caveat that was lodged;

3. Understanding the procedure how to procure the relevant Caveat instrument involved in the resale of a HDB Homeownership flat and what critical resale information can you only obtain from the Caveat;

4. How to establish the 4 main relevant dates in a resale case to the Small Claims Tribunal Judge in your claim for the commission rightly due to you as the appointed Agent.

A Certificate of Attendance and 2 Professional CPD Credits will be awarded to participants upon completing the course.
