I spent more than two decades building and growing spa and wellness businesses from the ground up, and that entrepreneurial journey taught me something invaluable: spaces influence people, their choices, their comfort, their productivity, and their lives. Designing treatment rooms, planning guest flow, understanding light, ventilation, privacy, and service efficiency gave me a firsthand appreciatioon in how environments function.

I’ve always been drawn to property as a long-term asset, and I eventually took on building my own landed home from scratch. It was never about the prestige of owning a landed house; it was about learning the entire process inside-out: foundations and soil works, materials selection, timelines, approvals, budgeting, contractor management, and the hundreds of decisions that turn a structure into a functional, a space I find home. That project changed the way I look at real estate. It taught me cost control, due diligence, realistic timelines, and long-term asset value.

Today, I combine business acumen, design sensitivity, investment thinking, and real-world building experience to help clients make decisions that are practical and strategic. I don’t approach property as a transaction. I see it as a long-term plan for value, livability, and capital growth. I advise with clarity from both sides of the equation, the business owner who understands operations, and the investor who has built with her own hands and budget.
