SINGAPORE, 10 APRIL 2025 – OrangeTee Group (OrangeTee) (橙易集团) today marked a defining chapter in its 25-year journey, celebrating two major milestones this year: its silver jubilee and the recent merger with ETC to form a unified real estate powerhouse. These pivotal developments converged at its highly anticipated Annual Convention, held at Suntec Convention Centre, which returned this year with renewed purpose and energy.

More than a commemoration of achievements, the Convention served as a launchpad for OrangeTee’s next phase of growth – uniting real estate professionals, proptech innovation and a shared forward-thinking vision for the future.

Mrs. Josephine Teo, Minister for Digital Development and Information and Second Minister for Home Affairs, was the Guest of Honour at the Convention, where she participated in a panel discussion on the outlook of Singapore’s real estate industry with panellists – Desmond Sim, CEO of ETC, Justin Quek, CEO of OrangeTee and Tie, and Christine Sun, Chief Researcher and Strategist of OrangeTee. At the event, Mrs Teo also witnessed the launch of OrangeTee’s AI-enabled Mobile Operating System (AMOS) 2.0 and presented 10 awards to top-achieving agents.

Aptly themed ‘Unity’, the Convention focused on three key interlocking themes:
  1. The evolving role of real estate advisors in the digital age
  2. Harnessing proptech to drive industry transformation
  3. The power of resilience and unity in shaping the industry’s future

ELEVATING ORANGETEE’S REAL ESTATE ADVISORS BEYOND TRANSACTIONS

As digital tools become more accessible, technical knowledge is no longer a differentiator in the real estate profession. Instead, OrangeTee is reaffirming the critical role of the human element – elevating its real estate agents beyond transactions into the role of trusted advisors. By anticipating client needs, delivering personalised, insight-driven solutions and upholding the highest ethical and professional standards, OrangeTee is redefining what it means to be today’s real estate professional. Continuous learning, training and upskilling remain at the core of this vision, ensuring that its advisors remain agile and are future-ready in this highly competitive landscape.

ORANGETEE TO DRIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WITH TOOLS AS ENABLERS

At the heart of OrangeTee’s digital transformation is the belief that technology should augment human expertise and service, not replace it.

A key highlight at Unity Convention 2025 was the launch of AMOS 2.0, OrangeTee’s next-generation AI-driven proptech solution designed to:

  • Optimise workflows so agents can focus on what matters – clients
  • Harness big data for prudent decision-making in real estate
  • Bridge technology with personalised service, enhancing client experience
  • Match clients with agents, ensuring the best advisory fit based on clients’ needs

Mr Justin Quek (郭建廷), CEO of OrangeTee, says, “Real estate is fundamentally a people business. It’s about relationships, trust and expertise – not only closing deals. Technology should empower agents, not replace them. At OrangeTee, we embrace AI as an enabler, helping our agents to elevate their service and create greater value for clients.”

He continues, “AMOS 2.0 embodies this belief in AI as a powerful enabler. By automating repetitive administrative tasks, our agents can focus on what they do best – providing expert guidance and forging deep client relationships.”

UNITY: THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND A BOLD NEW CHAPTER

More than a theme, Unity Convention 2025 underscored a defining transformation – the power of synergy, expertise and vision to shape a stronger, more future-ready real estate ecosystem.

This spirit culminated in the grand reveal of the recently merged entity’s identity: Realion Group (Realion).

Symbolising leadership, trust and resilience, Realion reflects the expanded vision of the merged entity and its ambition to drive the next era of real estate.

Mr Desmond Sim (沈振伦), Group CEO of Realion and CEO of ETC, says, “The name ‘Realion’ (pronounced similarly as ‘reliant’) is a play on ‘real’ estate and ‘lion’, a tribute to our home country, the Lion City, where both ETC and OrangeTee were founded and have grown. Realion embodies our vision for the future, where expertise, technology and human elements unite to create a stronger, more connected real estate ecosystem.”

Mr Justin Quek (郭建廷), who is also Deputy Group CEO of Realion, adds, “The unveiling of Realion at OrangeTee’s Unity Convention was a symbolic moment for all of us, marking our next chapter as part of a stronger, unified group. Together, we are stronger, ready to push for greater levels of potential and possibilities of the real estate business in Singapore and beyond.”

At Unity Convention 2025, OrangeTee reaffirmed its vision of an industry built on expertise, technology and collective strength. With a new Group identity and a renewed commitment to excellence, OrangeTee – now part of the Realion Group – is poised to redefine the future of real estate.
